The HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA® Release 2: National Health Care Surveys (NHCS), Release 1 - US Realm, HL7 Draft Standard for Trial Use, Volumes 1 and 2 are listed as Current Standard / Implementation Specification for § 170.315(f)(7) - Transmission to public health agencies — health care surveys, but the HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: National Health Care Surveys (NHCS), Release 1, DSTU Release 1.2 – US Realm,  designated by a Certification Companion Guide update for (f)(7) is not listed. We request that “Release 1.2” also be listed for (f)(7).
